FOR WATCHING VIDEOS AT PROHEALTHCENTER.COM
Windows Users
All LARGE videos require QuickTime 7 or above, which requires that your computer
be running Windows 2000, XP, or higher. For viewing the videos using previous
versions of Windows (Windows 95, 98, etc), try watching the SMALL or MEDIUM
videos instead. For best results, make sure your computer is using the most
up-to-date version of QuickTime by downloading it here.
Mac Users
All LARGE videos require QuickTime 7 or above, which requires that your computer
be running Mac OS X (version 10.3.9) or later. For viewing the videos using
previous versions of Mac OS (8, 9, etc), try watching the SMALL or MEDIUM videos
instead. For best results, make sure your computer is using the most up-to-date
version of QuickTime, by downloading it here.
I can hear the sound, but I don't see the video. What's going
on?
First try watching the SMALL or MEDIUM videos instead of the LARGE size.
If you still have the same problem, make sure you've downloaded the latest version
of QuickTime.
If you're using Windows 95, Windows 98, or Mac OS 8 or 9, you will only be able
to view the SMALL or MEDIUM videos. -- This is because the LARGE videos are
encoded with a higher quality video (video codec H.264), only compatible with
QuickTime 7 or above, which is not compatible with older operating systems.
