Northwest Medical
Partners, in conjunction with PROHEALTH Fitness, offers
local employers a holistic wellness program for their employees. It is
designed to decrease the employers' annual health care costs
and improve employee productivity. The program is
centered around the basic philosophy of overall care that
is focused on prevention and a strong connection between
patient and the health care provider. Two levels
of Corporate Wellness Programs are available:
Level
I - Medically Supervised. This program
is for relatively healthy employees with the focus
being on prevention and maintenance. Members
will have access to all the Pro Health facilities
and equipment.
Level
II - Medically Monitored. This
Level has two basic areas, Minimally to Moderately Limited,
and Severely Limited. The focus here is on
employees with moderately to severe health problems
and includes a more comprehensive health and wellness
program that uses a wide range of health care professionals
to meet the patients' needs.

and Pro Health Fitness also partner with employers to provide
quality work injury management and prevention services.
Our goal is to reduce the cost of work related injuries.
