PROHEALTH Hours

Monday - Friday - 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturday - 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Sunday - 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

* Includes pool hours but see the Aerobics Page for Water Aerobics Classes and when the pool is closed for maintenance.


Nursery Hours

Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
    4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Saturday   9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

*Maximum leave time - 2 to 2 1/2 hours.



PROHEALTH Fitness is more than a fitness club.  A wide range of services are available for adults and children to promote and encourage healthy lifestyles.  In addition to personal fitness training, PROHEALTH Fitness offers a wide range of Rehabilitative Services and Medically Directed Programs.


Personal Fitness 

As a member of PROHEALTH Fitness, you will have access to the  latest technology and professional support to help you reach your fitness goals.

Personal Training

Membership also includes a personal training sessions that will help you set your personal fitness goals and train you on the proper use of the equipment.  Your workouts are set up on our computerized "Fitness Advisor" program that allows you to track your progress and ensures an individualized fitness program.  Our workout equipment includes:

Over 20 Nautilus "Nitro Plus" strength building machines
  35 Stairmaster Club Master cardio-machines which includes treadmill, stair climbers, stepmills, elliptical trainers, and bikes
  A wide selection of free weights with many being sport specific

In addition, we have an indoor walking track, heated indoor pool, and a gym with a regulation size basketball court.

Group Exercise and Fitness Programs

Group exercise and fitness programs are available at no charge to members and are under the supervision of a trained instructor.  They include:

Boot Camp - An intense cardiovascular training program.
 

Yoga 4U - Promotes flexibility, proper breathing, muscle strength and helps you relax. Watch the video.

  Pilates - A workout program that combines elements of yoga and aerobic training.
  Karido Kicks - A popular martial arts workout program.
  Water Aerobics - Offers a complete low impact workout that is less strenuous on joints.
  Spin - An invigorating indoor cycling workout.
  Stability Ball - A complete workout that helps strengthen core muscle groups.

Limited Memberships are available for the use of the walking track, pool, and aerobic programs.
